• Advanced Leadership Program

  A nine-month online program for senior and executive women leaders with a Hogan psychometric assessment, three full-day virtual workshops, nine webinars, four one-to-one executive coaching sessions, three peer coaching sessions and an adaptive leadership challenge.

• Developing Executive Leadership

  Management Centre Europe · Bootcamp or intensive · 3 days in person or 4 live online sessions

  A hands-on leadership training programme with exercises and role plays on the skills needed to become an executive leader, run as three days face to face or four live online sessions, with several scheduled dates through 2027.

• Leading for Impact

  Loeb Leadership · Workshop series · 6 months

  A six-month senior leadership development program built around six facilitated modules of two to three hours each, designed to fit around a busy schedule and to change how senior leaders lead.

• Oxford Leadership Development Programme

  Oxford Leadership · Transformation journey · 9 to 12 months, in stages

  A customisable leadership development programme run in stages over nine to twelve months to prepare executives and high-potential staff for senior management roles. Organisations arrange it by speaking to one of the firm's consultants.

• Senior Leadership Retreat

  Roffey Park Institute · Bootcamp or intensive · 3 days in the Scottish Highlands plus a virtual launch call

  A leadership retreat for senior leaders, run as a three-day walking workshop in the Scottish Highlands with a virtual launch call, a 360 report with a coaching session beforehand, peer consulting and a follow-up coaching session. Dates for upcoming cohorts are listed on the programme page.
