• Leadership Development Program

  MYMAX · Bootcamp or intensive, Cohort course · 7 days: two 3-day residential blocks and a 1-day workshop over about three months

  A residential program for senior managers and small business owners: two three-day blocks and a one-day follow-up workshop, with facilitators, business mentors and a work-based project that applies the learning in the participant's own business.

• Owner Manager Program

  MYMAX · Mastermind, Bootcamp or intensive · 5 months

  A five-month program for owners of private businesses with $5m-$100m revenue, delivered in residential blocks of three days and two nights. Owners work with the MYMAX team and peers on cash flow, management, succession or exit, and aligning multiple owners.

• Owners Intensive

  MYMAX · Bootcamp or intensive · 1.5 days

  A one-and-a-half-day residential session for private business owners with $5m-$100m revenue, held in a group of 12-20 owners. The fee is credited against enrolment in the Owner Manager Program.
