Programs
LEAD
A year-long hybrid cross-company program for high-potential directors and vice presidents. It combines one-on-one mentoring with a senior executive from outside the participant's organisation, a peer group, monthly online workshops and four in-person summit days.
MANAGE
A six-month online cross-company program for managers and strong individual contributors learning to lead people and projects. Small groups of two to three mentees are matched with a mentor who has 15+ years of experience, alongside interactive online workshops and peer exchange with other companies.
PERFORM
A three-month program for early-career professionals, offered inside client organisations online or in person. It combines role-model mentoring, interactive workshops, panel discussions and mentee learning teams on how a business works and how to build credibility.
