  Raise the Bar · Workshop series · 6 months, one masterclass per month

  A six-month leadership development programme made of one online masterclass a month, each led by a different external expert. It can be taken by individuals or by large groups of leaders from one organisation, and can be extended with an organisation-only add-on.

• Empower

  Raise the Bar · Workshop series · 4 masterclasses; open cohorts start in April, June, September and November

  A development programme of four online masterclasses for women in a business who are ready for the next career step, focused on confidence, visibility, assertive communication and building a career. Run as an open cohort, with an organisation-only extended version.
