Developing Executive Leadership
A hands-on leadership training programme with exercises and role plays on the skills needed to become an executive leader, run as three days face to face or four live online sessions, with several scheduled dates through 2027.
Leadership Development Program
A residential program for senior managers and small business owners: two three-day blocks and a one-day follow-up workshop, with facilitators, business mentors and a work-based project that applies the learning in the participant's own business.
MCE Mini MBA
A five-day management programme (also 12 online sessions) for people moving from technical expert to business manager, covering people management and leadership, strategy and innovation, budgeting and accounting, commercial excellence and change. Also available in-company.
Owner Manager Program
A five-month program for owners of private businesses with $5m-$100m revenue, delivered in residential blocks of three days and two nights. Owners work with the MYMAX team and peers on cash flow, management, succession or exit, and aligning multiple owners.
Owners Intensive
A one-and-a-half-day residential session for private business owners with $5m-$100m revenue, held in a group of 12-20 owners. The fee is credited against enrolment in the Owner Manager Program.
Senior Leadership Retreat
A leadership retreat for senior leaders, run as a three-day walking workshop in the Scottish Highlands with a virtual launch call, a 360 report with a coaching session beforehand, peer consulting and a follow-up coaching session. Dates for upcoming cohorts are listed on the programme page.
Teleos Coach Development Program (TCDP)
A nine-month, ICF-accredited executive coaching program taught in person in two one-week intensives with intersession practice. It covers emotional intelligence, resonant leadership, Gestalt and systems theory, and totals 125 curriculum hours towards ICF PCC eligibility.
The Voice of Leadership: How Leaders Inspire, Influence and Achieve Results
A hands-on programme for experienced managers and senior managers on finding a leadership voice, messaging and personal style, with exercises and role plays. Offered as three days in person or four live online sessions.
