• Coaching Essentials for Leaders

  Teleos Leadership Institute · Certification · 60 hours over two sessions about six months apart

  An ICF Level 1, 60-hour program teaching coaching skills to leaders in the context of the classroom and the wider education system. It is taught in two four-day sessions about six months apart and combines coaching mechanics with personal development.

• Manager Core

  LifeLabs Learning · Workshop series · 3-4 workshops plus 1-2 skills labs, two weeks apart

  A live workshop program for managers covering coaching, feedback, delegation and one-to-one meetings. It runs as three to four workshops plus one to two skills labs, spaced two weeks apart, with session lengths of 60, 90 or 120 minutes; the timeline can be adapted to the organisation.
